I found out this sad news of Cyril's death two days ago and have been thinking of him since. I am 67, having worked for 40+ years in the insurance industry and in that time I don't think I met a nicer man that Cyril. He wasn't only nice, he was supportive, professional and had a very good sense of humour. Now I just want his family to know that he was a special person in my, and others, memory. If there were more people like Cyril the world would be a much better place. I now regret not making more of an effort to make contact with Cyril again, just to say thank-you, I miss you and what a privilege it was to know you.
